I work with adults 1-1 who are dealing with a range of concerns and experiences.
I offer both short-term counselling, short focus sessions, and long-term, in-depth therapy.
I also have live experience and professional expertise within the areas of
Bereavement, Grief, and Infant and Pregnancy Loss, Parents and Carers of children and Young People with SEND and Chronic Illness.

Whether you are clear on what you want to achieve or you want a safe and confidential space to
talk things through,
we can look at what you need and make a plan to work together in the best way that suits you.

People that come for Psychotherapy and Counselling describe finding a place where they feel listened to and where they can talk about what's going on for them without being judged or trying to be fixed. They talk about gaining a better sense of who they are and what they want in their life. They say they feel calmer and experience better sleep, reduced anxiety, and feel more confident to ask for what they need.

It is important to note that counselling and psychotherapy are generally recognised as beneficial, but sometimes this isn't always the case.  Choosing a counsellor or psychotherapist can be a big decision,

and it is important to feel that the person you choose is right for you.
