This is a three-session service that provides an opportunity for you to have a safe space to talk through any current challenges you might be experiencing.
These sessions can be solution-focused with a clear goal in mind or an opportunity to talk things through with a professional who is there to listen.
Examples might include; working through a decision, getting help with managing work/life balance, or help with building structure into your life
