Short-term Focussed Sessions 

 
I offer people the opportunity to take a short series of sessions, allowing for a more focussed approach towards a current challenge or issue you may wish to explore. Clients usually come with a clear goal in mind, and can come from anywhere from 1 to 4 sessions long.
 
Examples might include; working through a decision, getting help with managing work/life balance, or just having a place to discuss things with someone impartial. These sessions can also give you some insight into whether trying longer term therapy is for you.

You will have the space to speak in a supportive, safe environment about the thing that is troubling you. It will allow you to focus on what's important, make plans, and talk things out.
